First time at this salon. My stylist was Mimi & she was absolutely amazing. I needed a subtle change. She walked me through every process we were doing. Explained everything. Asked for a cut and color. I showed her a photo and she executed it exactly how I wanted it.
Super friendly & knows what she is doing. I highly recommend Mimi. Had an amazing experience and will def be returning.

I love this salon ! I went there for over a decade when I lived in Pompano Beach. I always went to Gabrielle and she did an amazing job, we had a good communication. When I was there a couple weeks ago she was not available. A stylist named Joey did my hair. He was fantastic, I love his work and he was very friendly. Sherry is wonderful too. She always tries to work with me and be accommodating with appointment scheduling.
Mimi is amazing!! My hair was previously colored, I wanted highlights but my hair would not lift, we didn’t think we were going to get the color I really wanted, but she was determined, patient, and professional. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted !! Big thank you to Mimi!!
I consulted Joey for a hair cut and new look. He spent a long time examining my hair type and made recommendations. He cut my hair but I felt I needed more layers. He told me he would recut my hair later that day at no charge. I went back and he did an AMAZING job. I love my hair and have found my new stylist.Everyone at the salon is friendly and willing to please.
Gabrielle is an old friend and does my hair exactly how I love it but unfortunately she was out and my son's wedding is on the 11th so I made my appointment and Joey took care of me..he was amazing..he listened and was so friendly and did an amazing job...thank you Joey...Go Buffalo Bulls Go! I love my hair again...
Review Edit: I received a call from the manager, Sherry. She was very kind and offered a heartfelt apology. She assured me this is not normal for them and offered a complimentary haircut. Changed to 4 stars because they took the time to make things right. I am very appreciative.
I had an appointment on Saturday at 12:45pm and arrived on time. My hairdresser didn’t start working on my hair until 1:45pm. She was running late but no one had said anything to me. I was just told 10 more minutes. I have never waited an hour for a hair appointment but I didn’t want to leave without a haircut. After she dyed my hair someone washed it and I found myself waiting, again, for my hairdresser. I waited for over 39 minutes while she did someone else’s hair. She never came by to apologize or let me know when she would come back to me. It was a terrible experience. After waiting and waiting I finally decided to leave with no haircut, my hair was wet and I had dye stains on my face. It was after 3:30pm. I paid for the dye and thought surely someone would call and apologize or reschedule but no one ever did. It was the worst salon experience I have ever had.
I literally just walked out having Emilee as my hairstylist. I had virgin untouched hair, & I am just so pleased & estatic of how the results came out. Emily takes her time listens to what you want & succeeds at your vision in your mind of the hairstyle your aiming for. The salon is professional, super clean and very customer service friendly. Emily is my girl now!!! She's the best!!! Emily is who you want!!! Thank you!!!
I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! All credit to Jennifer and her skill! I have difficult curly hair and have had several HORRIBLE experiences at different salons… not here! They are absolutely fantastic and more than professional! I never leave upset or disappointed. Thank you Pink Ponytail- you ROCK!
