Now that it is just the owners there, they do a terrible job. I went in for a manicure, they didn't do anything but file and paint didn't even remove my cuticles or put lotion or anything! Im not exagerating either. Paint job was rushed and sloppy was done in 4 minutes. My mom got a pedicure and he only spent 3minutes on her she didn't even get to enjoy the water or anything. We shouldn’t have paid for it. Worst experience I have ever had at a nail place. They weren't even busy. They either need to hire people or do the job right. Won't be going back.
We arrived an hour before closing, and they had us in and out in 35 minutes. The nails came out beautiful, we will definitely be going back.
Loved it. Everyone was great and my nails came out amazing. Plus the prices are the best I've found in town so far.
Sometimes they are really good but lately they have just rushed you through and nail polish starts chipping within about4 days
If I could give lower than a 1 star I would, but I have to give the 1 star! I walked in on 9/9/22 the lady was doing one person nails and asked how she could help me, before I could even get my answer the dude doing toenails made sure to yell across the salon of white woman that they were to busy to help me! I informed him that was rude and this would be google, what is the point of having a business if you feel the need to embarrass someone that would have been a paying customer!
I have been going here for a few years to get monthly pedicures because they are just down the street, have great prices, and can always fit me in on Saturdays. The quality of work has never been great, but I wasn’t paying much, although I always tip 25%. He also gets done in about 20 minutes. However, I went in a couple of weeks ago with my 3 granddaughters for manicures. We were the only ones in the salon. They took less than 5 minutes per granddaughter and about 10 minutes for me. No lotion, no massaging, not very friendly, and my polish started coming off about 4 days later. I won’t go back.
Had to come back for a minor repair ,they got me right in and fixed my nail with no wait time...will be a return customer
Called and asked what time they close, guy said 4, I asked how much for a new set, he gave me the price and then hung up. Came in at 2:45 pm, guy said they don’t have time to do a new set…… It takes you over an hour for a new set of white tips? Wasted my time driving over there.
