The owner is super nice and I would have liked to continue going here but the gal in the first chair has destroyed my eyebrows not once but twice. I didn’t know how to go in and ask that I not get her but I should have and maybe that’s my fault. She should NOT be allowed to wax anyone or anything.
I came in the other day to get a pedicure and gel manicure and was really disappointed in the quality of both. When getting the pedicure I felt like it was very rush and the lady hardly spent time in the massage. When she got done painting my toes the color was very blotchy. I had her paint my toes again, which she did but didn’t apply a clear coat over the polish. When she was doing my manicure she was very hard on filing the gel to come off my nails. The paint job looks as if I did them vs getting them done at a salon. It’s been a day since I got them done and there’s already cracks in my nails and it hurts to apply pressure to them. I will say that the lady was nice but the quality of the manicures and the amount I paid isn’t okay.
I am a frequent customer of N&N, but lately the quality of their service has been disappointing and inconsistent. I am especially disappointed in my recent experience. The service was rushed and sloppy, and it seemed as though the nail techs didn’t even care about how my nails looked. It’s difficult to pay for a service when it feels like you as a customer are not being valued. I only share this as constructive criticism and a PSA to new customers on what to expect if/when they decide to come in.
Was able to walk in and get a full set, the owner was very kind to me otp and in person. My nail tech seemed confused when I asked for an almond shaped and needed guidance but was super nice. My nails are nicely shaped but when painting my nails he had little paint on the brush and wasn’t fully covering my nail. Thus having my nails splotchy but not too noticeable. Pretty affordable, recommend if on short time and need a quick set of nails.
The first time I went I was very pleased with the pedicure. The salon has ample staff. I didn't wait long before being taken in. The water was warm and pedicure process was comfortable and clean and relaxing.
Today, I had to wait when someone who was an hour late for her appointment was taken in before me. The technician was pleasant, however I wish she had taken more time and the polish application was not as even as before. My manicure was hurried and polish not well applied. The manager apologized and told me he would speak to the technician and that I should tell him next time that I requested a different tech. I will go back.

I took 2 of my girls here for my bday and it was ok. They had absolutely no-one in the salon but rushed to get us in and out. Not sure of where else to go in this area either.
I have been going to this Nail Spa for the last 6 months and have been very pleased until today. I usually get Kim or Raina who do wonderful work. It's so beneficial to have your feet done. But today those girls were not available. The older woman who did my pedicure chose the cheap one to do instead of asking me which pedicure I would like. Then she hurt me with the way she chose to use the nail clippers, nicking my skin. When filing, she kept filing my skin instead of the nail and then stuck me with her own nail. Normally my pedicure is relaxing but today it was anything but relaxing.
