Worse eyebrow wax and tint. Shaved off the top of my brows, chopped my eyebrows ends. Hoping the tint would make it better but it got worse. Tint was completely uneven dark, continued to wax more of my brows and shave. Told her how I didn’tlike them still charging for tint service and removal after I said to remove it because it was horrible uneven and sloppy. Still had to pay for tint and remover of tint. Manger did nothing but say she did her services it’s fine already and she proceeded to charge my card while I was discussing with the manager. Then I was handed my card back to sign regardless of what I was saying. HORRIBLE PLACE BAD MANAGEMENT.
I received a no chip mani pedi. As far as hygiene, they use spa bags. However the manicure stations were not the cleanest. The tools for the pedicure appeared to be new and sterile. This was not the case for the manicure.
The main issue for me was that when filing my nails, the technician cut my right pinky finger really deep with the emery board nail file. I didn't even know this was possible. It was like a very deep paper cut and bled a lot. I should have left then but was in a time crunch because I was leaving for vacation. My finger was throbbing for hours after the mani. He also made 2 other fingers bleed. He cut the cuticles down on my first hand, but I think the injury to my pinky scared him. He didn't cut the cuticles/push them down very well on my left hand. Lastly, my nails were done on a Wednesday, and they started to chip on a Saturday.
Not sure who the technician was as this was my first time visiting this location.
I most likely will not be back.
I always come here, never really had an issue because I stick with a specific person but today I went against my better judgment. Got into a small altercation with Johnny because he asked if I like my nails and I told him “not really”, he then begin to say “well you pick the style.” I said it’s not the style it’s the technique but please continue, I know you’re not done. I going to assume I offended him because he threw his hands up and begin to say well I’m not going to finish if you don’t like my technique. I’m trying to be the bigger person and talk calmly to de-escalate the situation and he begins to talk about how he don’t need the money and he come to work to money. I had to ask so “why are you talking about that, who mention this.” He didn’t say anything. To end this, I did let him finish, I don’t like it, well two nails on each hand I don’t like but it is what it is. I paid at the end without mentioning that I don’t like it, thanked him and left.
I got my lashes done here and when I got home my lashes was upside down. I came back there so they can fix it and the man said no. One other person was there for the same reason and he told both of us no! I asked for my money back and he said no. Don’t come here!!!! If they mess up on something they should fix it!

Every time I go here to get my feet done I wind up with fungus nope not again. Greedy don't care about health or hygiene of the customers.
My nails and my feet were done great, but the lady messed up my eyebrows she took too much hair off, and one is bigger than the other
Lee nails lounge is very professional and perform quality service. I've never been unsatisfied before I walked out the door. I also like that it doesn't smell of heavy nail supplies or acrylic when you walk in.
