They always accommodate me with my last-minute booking and my hairstylist KARINA always waits patiently every time I'm late. More important, she does a very awesome job with my hair. She's the go-to hair stylist ????????????????????????
Not to happy with the service Amanda had a 9:00am haircut appointment today with my girlfriend, Amanda was 30 minutes late my girlfriend was specific with Amanda on what she wanted to get done on her hair. Amanda did a horrible job doing totally the opposite of what my girlfriend ask for. Today is her birthday and how horrible is to have a bad haircut on your birthday. Horrible bad experience. Amanda moving forward listen to your customer be on time and if you can’t cut hair please find a different career. Please do not make clients birthday a bad experience. I wish I can give a negative one star as a rating. Never Again my girlfriend should be refund her money for this horrible experience.
Jessica gave me the best haircut of my life! She took the time to listen and did exactly what I asked for. I have very long and heavy hair that often gave me headaches. She gave me beautiful bouncy layers but kept my length like I wanted. To finish it off, she gave me the best blowout ever! She is truly a master in her craft
I'm very upset with the outcome of my hair this would be my 3rd time coming and honestly, I won't come here again. the first time I went in with a vibrant teal hair just needed a retouch of what I did with hair color, it came out perfect. the second time I come im assigned to a different hairstylist. she promised me a pastel teal and gave me the opposite. she bleached my hair way too long and damaged my scalp and didn't comply with what I asked. I paid $123 for bad service. I called to complain to get it rescheduled. I went back again with the first lady that did my hair and it just got so much worse. I paid $85 for my hair and it’s not a vibrant teal anymore it's a swamp color mess. all I was asking for was for highlights to fit with my hair. if you are looking for somebody that knows how to play with colors do your research this place is not it. the first picture is the so call teal and the second one is the one I had them retouch the first time when I first went there I'm no hairstylist but I know how to color fantasy colors. They don’t know how to really work with fantasy colors at all don’t waste your money if your coming here for a fantasy hair they don’t refund at all and the manger don’t know how to complain with the customer as well telling me the reason why the second hairstylist quit that’s none of my concerns very unprofessional and horrible service and horrible hair job NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN HORRIBLE SERVICE.

This place is right out of central casting in Hollywood... Everyone is friendly, good conversation, coffee, good music.
I will say this, while you may not get a manicure with special designs on your nails, you Are getting service from people who truly love what they do and have high standards and ethics about what they do. And it's not imposed on them; they are all just individually like that.
Go more than once.
I have curly hair, seen Karina for hair color and treatment. Since I did a color consultation, Karina show her professionalism, confidence and experience. She has done such an amazing work doing color change, highlights and lowlights. I continue seen her for color touch and my hair feel much healthier and I’m very happy with her service. Elizabeth
I have to say at first I was scared to get my hair cut because last year I went to a different salon and the hair stylist didn’t give me the cut I wanted even though I explained it to her and showed her pictures. When I booked an appointment with hair ego I got a feeling that I wasn’t going to get what I wanted again but, they booked me with Karina and let me tell you she gave me exactly what I wanted! I wasn’t going to write a review but I did because I love how my hair looks and feels Karina did an amazing job. If you’re going to book an appointment here get Karina she knows exactly what shes doing.
